◆We initiate or support emergency rescue operations for disasters such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, tsunamis, fire, large-scale explosions, and building collapses that cause casualties;
◆We initiate or support emergency rescue training and disaster prevention & mitigation knowledge popularization for other organizations, institutions, and the public;
◆We initiate or support activities for the research and development of skills, techniques, and standards for emergency rescue, disaster prevention and mitigation;
◆We initiate or support routine disaster monitoring and early warning actions;
◆ We initiate or support humanitarian actions for women, children, and refugees, and other vulnerable groups in distress;
◆If the disaster location exceeds our current geographical scope of operations, we can provide remote assistance such as disaster assessment and rescue plan suggestions as appropriate;

Additionally, under the premise of respecting the Blue Sky Rescue principles, we will collaborate with donors to initiate or support specific operations related to emergency rescue, disaster prevention and mitigation, or those aimed at assisting vulnerable groups of people.
